Many development companies will mess around making that final decision but at PF Stratford we have the management freedom, and the finance in place to make our decisions based on the facts in a quick and efficient manner. Of course our representatives will have to make the necessary enquiries, but rest assured we know when a good property development opportunity presents itself and we (and our agents) will react accordingly.

The safety of our people is of paramount importance to us, as well as the environment in which we live and work and it is for this reason that we have spent much time and resource in the development and implementation of our health, safety and environmental (HSE) policy. PF Stratford property developers are in business and aim to make sustainable profits from our projects, but we strongly believe that this should not be to the detriment of our employees, project neighbours, sub contractors or the natural environment.
We strive to educate and train our staff, maintain best practice, review our performance for continuous improvement and implement change as required, as well as thoroughly assessing the risks that are posed to all involved on a project by project basis.
