PF Stratford to Develop a Customer Charter in line with the NHBC recommendations

PF Stratford Ltd value and respect the part in which our customers play in our continued success in the Surrey property development sector. As a result of this we believe that it is time that we develop a customer charter in line with the National House-Building Council (NHBC)'s recommendations.

This charter will aim to promote the company to its customers as being a fair and ethical property company with whom to do business, it will set out the flow of information that will be provided to our customers at each stage with in the property purchase process.

The charter will also provide information on important facts, such as the terms and conditions that will be in place for the acquisition of one of our properties, the way in which we will protect pre-payment deposits, who to contact with any queries during the process, and of course the details of the cover afforded to our customers through the NHBC's buidmark cover.

Our aim is simple, to ensure that PF Stratford Ltd provides the best possible care and after service to our all important customers, whilst being informative, truthful and honest at every step along the way.
