April 2006 - Property Market
All in all April 2006 was a good month for the UK's housing market, showing an sixth consecutive month of price increases, with the highest performing sector being at the higher end of the market.
May 2006 - Property Market
In May 2006, the property market again saw significant price rises, for the twelfth consecutive month. The healthy economic climate once again consolidated demand which has not been dampened by an un-settled stock market and concerns that the government may soon raise interest rates, with implications on the cost of borrowing.
